Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are generally prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days, subject to product availability, payment confirmation and serviceability of the delivery location.
Estimated Delivery
Estimated delivery is normally 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of courier operations, public holidays, weather, remote locations or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
Damaged or Incorrect Shipment
