Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

We strive to provide the best quality products and customer experience. Please read our return, exchange, and refund policy carefully before placing an order.


Return & Exchange Window

Customers may request a return or exchange within 10 days of delivery.


Eligibility for Return or Exchange

To be eligible, the product must:

• Be unused and in original condition
• Be returned with original packaging, tags, and box intact
• Not show signs of wear, creases, scratches, sole marks, or outdoor usage
• Not have damaged insoles, altered footbeds, or missing inner packaging (for hygiene reasons)

Products failing quality inspection will not be approved for return or exchange.


Exchange Policy

• Exchange is allowed once per order, subject to product availability
• Customers must ship the product back to us for exchange
• The exchanged product will be shipped free of cost once


Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed after product inspection and approval
• Refund will be initiated within 7 business days of approval
• Once processed, the amount may take an additional 3–7 working days to reflect in your bank account depending on your bank or payment provider


Shipping & Deduction Charges

• Return shipping is borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error or defect from our side
• A standard ₹300 shipping deduction may apply on refunds
COD orders may incur a 2% deduction as processing charges


Sale / Discounted Products

Products purchased under sale, discount, promotional offers, or coupon codes are not eligible for refund.
They are eligible for exchange only once, subject to availability.


Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Share clear photos and unboxing video proof
• After verification, replacement or refund will be arranged


Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.


Abuse & Misuse Protection

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges in cases of repeated misuse, policy abuse, or suspicious activity.


Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays caused due to natural calamities, strikes, lockdowns, or courier partner delays beyond our control.


Dispute Resolution

All disputes are subject to Agra jurisdiction only.
